Alyssa is licensed to practice in Montana and California. Her practice areas include all general litigation matters, business and transactional law, real estate law, construction law, estate planning and employment law. She received her bachelor’s degree in international relations at Brown University, where she graduated with honors. She then worked in New York City for an investor relations and financial public relations firm before returning home to California to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree at UCLA School of Law. After law school, Alyssa clerked for a federal district court judge in the Central District of California. She then practiced in San Francisco at a large litigation firm for four years with a focus on complex commercial litigation and employment law. From there, Alyssa moved to Little Rock, Arkansas and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for her husband’s career, before they were able to settle permanently in Montana, where she now practices at Buckwalter Webb.

Alyssa spends her free time outside with her husband, children and three dogs, enjoying all that the Flathead has to offer – Nordic and Alpine skiing and ice skating in the winter, and hiking, biking, paddleboarding, and camping in the summer.
